Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing construction sites for building projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and trash.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support the crew.
- Support Tasks: Help carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: A strong willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and occasional overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred.
