Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) with proper training
- Assist in material inventory management and site security
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
