Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on construction sites including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and project tasks
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, or vehicles
- Complete daily task reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and variable weather
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
