Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labor duties on job sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety plans.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and crew members to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Transport materials to and from storage locations as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon employment.
