Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use on job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Machinery Operation: Operate power tools, forklifts, and other heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks.
- Foundation & Framing: Assist in the setup of forms, pouring concrete, and basic framing tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing on concrete.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Safety First: Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow OSHA safety regulations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
