Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites after daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
