Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning the area, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist Tradespeople: Provide support to skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn, work in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
