Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure worksite.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation where necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
