Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks to ensure project progress.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and setting up scaffolding.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize storage areas.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
