Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and excavation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and material storage.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and PPE usage.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
