Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on-site.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans.
- Follow all company protocols and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work at various heights.
