As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, eager to learn, and ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work on your feet for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
