Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision

- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in team-based project completion
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
