What You'll Do:
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and grading.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Support skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
- Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks.
- Assist with concrete pouring and form setting.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
