Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our project teams, assisting in various tasks on residential and commercial sites. We value reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and operations.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools, including power saws and drills (after training).
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all project blueprints, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide the training.
