Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials on construction sites.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision to assist with construction tasks.
- Unload and organize building materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work area.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
