Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the US.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel to different job sites.
