Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Follow all safety regulations and site instructions.
- Perform minor cleanup duties to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior construction experience required (training provided).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
