Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and supplies.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and footings using hand and power tools.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and measurements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
