Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Set up and break down temporary work sites and scaffolding.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record preferred.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
