Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Equipment Support: Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman or crew leader.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to Work: Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is NOT required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the job site.
