Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment under supervision.
- Transportation: Transport materials between the job site and storage areas as required.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, or clearing areas before work begins.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience; full training is provided on-site.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to various job sites.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
