Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using hand trucks, forklifts, or other machinery.
- General Labor: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleaning: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free to ensure a productive environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior construction experience; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred (not required).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
