Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywalling, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring debris is removed and work areas are organized.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by the project manager.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to assist with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the worksite.
