Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and roofing.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction field.
