Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, mixing concrete, and moving heavy objects.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing heavy labor and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
