Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare construction sites by removing debris and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Assist Tradespeople: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various manual tasks.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that work areas are kept clean and organized in accordance with safety standards.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and carrying tasks as required by the project scope.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50+ pounds for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Safety Conscious: Understanding of basic safety protocols and OSHA guidelines is preferred.
- Team Player: Must be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Weather Resilience: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
