Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and setting up scaffolding.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with the site foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
