Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations and project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under strict supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols.
- Help with digging, trenching, and preparing surfaces for construction.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; training is provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must possess a valid government ID and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
