Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery (forklift, backhoe) or hand tools as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform general maintenance and site upkeep duties.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
