Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, Carpenters) with daily tasks and installations.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring site safety.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and early mornings as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
