Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and duties.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare and clean the construction site, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of safety practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
