Job Overview
We are looking for physically fit individuals who are eager to learn and work as part of a cohesive team on various commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties such as carpentry, masonry, or concrete work.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and safety instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare surfaces, dig trenches, and assist in excavation activities.
- Support framing, roofing, or finishing crews as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site cleanliness.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment.
