Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on active job sites.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Operate standard hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Transport materials between storage areas and job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- No formal construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic English communication skills are necessary.
