Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete work, and framing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe worksite.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and organizing tools.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
