Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Mix concrete, dig trenches, and perform basic carpentry duties under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
