Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for the job site.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not always required.
