Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools, including forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
