Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment for daily use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and hauling materials.
- Follow all verbal and written safety protocols and project instructions.
- Help with site cleanup and debris removal after daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
