Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, setup, and cleanup of construction sites to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform basic carpentry, concrete finishing, or excavation duties as assigned.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor material levels and communicate shortages to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials accurately.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and work ethic.
