Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing waste and ensuring proper disposal of materials.
- Measurement: Measure and cut materials as directed, ensuring accuracy for projects.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; we offer training for the right candidates.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
