Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with various tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, tamping, and concrete finishing.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
