Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and work hard. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Loading and unloading building materials from trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and concrete pouring.
- Operating power tools and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials according to blueprints or instructions.
- Performing general labor duties such as digging, shoveling, and hauling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are physically fit and willing to learn. Key requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols (OSHA guidelines).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Steel-toed boots are required on site.
