Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywalling, and basic cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols (OSHA guidelines).
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
