Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces (training provided).
