Responsibilities
- Assist senior crew members with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and stacking materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity
