Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in general construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Perform daily site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the crew to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
