Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and pouring concrete.
- Follow all site instructions and safety protocols strictly to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work outdoors and on job sites.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to the job site.
