Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on job sites, including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Load and unload trucks and construction materials, ensuring proper organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
