Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, cleaning, and setting up.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
